Job Description
VIRTUA is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Liaison to act as a patient advocate and liaison with our healthcare team. You will ensure regulatory compliance regarding patient rights and problem resolution, including follow-up on issues, advocating for patient needs, and compliance with regulations such as ADA, CMS, LEP, HIPAA, and the Joint Commission.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of healthcare experience, knowledge of hospital policies, strong interpersonal communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities. An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
