Job Description

We are hiring a Patient Registration Coordinator to manage front-desk intake and registration for our clinic. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying insurance and ID, collecting co-pays, entering accurate demographic and insurance data into the EHR, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating with clinical and billing teams. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes, proficiency with electronic medical records, and 1+ year of healthcare registration or administrative experience. High school diploma required; associate degree or bilingual abilities preferred.
