Job Description
Provide vigilant observation and non-clinical support to ensure patient safety on hospital units. Monitor behavior, prevent falls, assist with ambulation, and redirect patients as needed.
Document observations, report changes to nursing staff, follow safety and infection-control protocols, and respond calmly in emergencies while protecting patient dignity and privacy.
Requirements: high school diploma, CPR/BLS certification preferred, strong communication and observation skills, patience, reliability, and flexibility for shift work.
