Description:
The Patient Service Representative acts as a resource for Patient Access personnel. This role assists employees and ensures the efficient operation of Registration, PBX, and Scheduling, while adjusting staff as needed for departmental efficiency. This position reports to the Patient Access Supervisor.
Requirements:
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Candidates must be able to operate effectively in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Required), 3-5 years of registration experience (Preferred).
