Job Description
Goshen Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to enhance customer relations both in person and over the phone. This role involves obtaining and accurately entering financial, demographic, and medical information into our electronic medical record system. Responsibilities include verifying insurance eligibility, ensuring necessary forms are signed, and communicating appointment details to patients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Preferred Education: Familiarity with CPT and ICD-CM coding.
- Minimum Experience: Prior experience in a related field; basic data entry skills.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting.
Location: Goshen Health · Phys Endocrinology
Schedule: Full Time, Days, 40 hours/week
