We are currently searching for an Orderly / Patient Transporter to join our team. The Orderly / Patient Transporter provides patient care by assisting patients with ambulation and transport. Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and orderly patient care environment.
- Demonstrating primary goal of efficiency and meeting customer expectations.
- Providing assistance with changing linens, stocking the patient care areas and transporting patients upon discharge.
- Assisting with support duties as required.
- Complying with policies and procedures and provides a safe work environment.
- Completing CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications:
1. Able to read, write, type at a level generally acquired through completion of High School
2. Graduation from High School or equivalent GED
3 Maintains effective communication with patients, families and members of the health care team
4. Customer Service oriented a must
Physical:
1. Standing for long periods of time
2 Lifting up to 50 lbs.
3. Pulling and pushing carts, stretcher
4. Stooping and stretching
