Job Description
We are hiring a Pavement Technician / Apprentice to join our road construction team. You will assist in surface preparation, asphalt mixing, laying, compaction, joint sealing, and basic equipment operation under supervision. Learn quality control, safety procedures, and asphalt testing while gaining hands-on experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. A valid driver’s license and basic mechanical aptitude are a plus.
