Responsibilities:
- Act as an office manager, assisting with daily business or personal tasks
- Proficient with computer skills (Excel, Word, QuickBooks)
- Conduct digital filing and data entry
- Maintain records of vendors, employees, and clients
- Create weekly/monthly reports and manage inventory
- Handle social media content creation/editing
- Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
Requirements:
- MUST have a valid driver’s license
- MUST be reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to travel and relocate to Van Nuys, CA 91406 before starting
