Job Description
Hickory Veterinary and Specialty Hospital is a third-generation, privately owned family practice. We are looking for a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our growing team. Weekend and evening hours are required, as well as holidays.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients professionally and warmly.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Managing emails and obtaining medical records.
- Checking in patients and processing invoices.
- Fostering communication between clients and staff.
- Assisting with various duties to promote professional growth.
