Job Description
The Fund Office, part of IATSE National Benefit Funds, is seeking a Participant Services Representative in our Benefit Department. This role will manage inquiries from participants and organizations regarding all Funds-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Process participant calls and follow up as necessary.
- Handle carrier issues and participant inquiries (Health & Welfare, Pension, Annuity).
- Generate participant work history reports and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School education or some College preferred.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and computer skills required.

Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $38.50 per hour.
