Job Description

Tekgroup seeks a Pharmaceutical Production Operator to set up and operate complex manufacturing equipment, monitor processes, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance. Under general supervision you will learn equipment and procedures from a qualified trainer, troubleshoot issues, communicate operational events, recommend improvements, and adjust setups for minor process changes. Responsibilities include following technical, regulatory, and safety training, participating in meetings, resolving conflicts professionally, and taking ownership of assigned tasks. Job types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary. In-person. Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Benefit: dental insurance. Pharmaceutical/bioscience experience (3 years) preferred.
