Job Description

Chemisys Laboratory seeks a full-time Phlebotomist/Collector to perform blood draws and toxicology specimen collection at a Methadone Clinic in Chicago (936 E 93rd Street, 60619). Duties include coordinating clients, retrieving and labeling specimens, preparing samples for pick-up or drop-off, and organizing blood work and toxicology results for physician review. Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; day shifts with occasional weekends. Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour. Requirements: Certified Phlebotomy Technician; 1–2 years phlebotomy experience preferred; reliable commute or relocation to Chicago. Benefit: 401(k). On-site work.
