Job Description
Location: Bear Creek Golf Club – Dallas, TX
At Arcis Golf, we prioritize anticipation of needs and creating memorable experiences for our team, members, and guests. We are looking for a Player Assistant / Marshal who will help maintain the pace of play and ensure each guest has an enjoyable visit.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Patrol the golf course to maintain pace and assist golfers
- Coordinate activities with the golf shop and maintain necessary supplies
- Address player feedback while upholding excellent course etiquette
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
