Job Description
Location: Dallas, TX (HYBRID Role)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering & PLM Business System Analyst (BSA) to collaborate with business and IT teams in driving PLM and Enterprise Engineering/Manufacturing solutions. You will translate business requirements into system-based solutions while enhancing Windchill PLM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to implement PLM solutions.
- Identify process gaps and enhance Windchill PLM processes.
- Lead system design, development, and implementation.
- Provide mentorship to development teams.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
