Portero (Doorman/Gatekeeper) — We are seeking a reliable portero to manage building access and ensure tenant safety. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, verifying IDs, monitoring CCTV, controlling entrances, receiving deliveries, maintaining entry logs, and coordinating with security and maintenance teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma, good communication skills, basic security or customer-service experience preferred, physical stamina, and a clean background.
