Job Description
No previous sales experience? No problem We will train those with little or no prior sales experience, using the same training methods that made us successful

- Engage with customers online and in-store to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet your monthly targets.
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
Work closely with service, parts, and finance to deliver a seamless buying experience.
- Sales experience is a plus, but passion and personality matter most
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
- Outgoing, motivated, and goal-driven
- Availability to work Saturdays
Basic knowledge of powersports vehicles (or personal history of owning/riding) preferred, but not required.
