Job Description
We are searching for a Practice Manager II for our TCP Fannin Clinic, someone who excels in a fast-paced primary care setting. In this role, you will oversee the clinic’s operations, providing guidance and support to staff, and addressing practice-level issues independently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years of supervisory experience required
- Certification in practice management is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monitor workflow and ensure adequate staffing
- Schedule staff according to clinic needs
- Conduct staff meetings and provide updates
- Maintain budget and inventory of supplies
- Ensure excellent customer service
