Job Description

As a Pre-Qualification Specialist you will manage supplier pre-qualification processes, review technical and compliance documentation, assess vendor risk, and maintain qualification records. You will coordinate audits, communicate requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders, and recommend approval or corrective actions. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of procurement or quality standards, experience with vendor screening, and proficiency in MS Office and database tools. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in procurement, quality assurance, or supplier management preferred.
