Job Description
The Pendas Law Firm, P.A. is currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Pre-Suit Legal Assistant. This position will provide essential administrative support for pre-suit case management from inception through settlement.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare initial file setup
- Organize and maintain pre-suit case files
- Obtain records related to cases as needed
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers
- Coordinate closing phases after settlement
- Support Case Manager and Attorney as needed
- Answer phone calls
Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with preferred experience in personal injury law. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential.
