Job Description
Hershey Creamery Co is seeking a dedicated Procurement Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will support the Production and Distribution Departments in sourcing ingredients, packaging, and co-manufactured products. This is a 100% In-Office position located on Cameron Street, with occasional needs in Middletown.
Your responsibilities will include managing vendors from purchase order to delivery, resolving invoice discrepancies, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sourcing needs and evaluate supplier performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of inventory management systems like Great Plains is preferred.
