Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY: FireStarters Recruiting is seeking a Production Superintendent for the Night Shift. This role ensures adherence to procedures for maximum productivity and cost efficiency while meeting customer specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Key responsibilities include training staff, planning resources, managing performance, promoting safety, and enhancing company morale.
BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the poultry or food industry and strong communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
