Job Description
The Quality and Training Specialist at Tampa General Hospital develops, coordinates, and delivers training programs tailored to the needs of our employee population. This role focuses on facilitating organizational change and improvement through action research and quality improvement methods.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required
- 5 years of customer service experience in employee training or specialized education programs
- Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
Location: Tampa, Hybrid Remote
Salary: $50,065.60
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
