Job Description
PrimeLending is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Coordinator to join our team. This role involves various administrative tasks including staff and project support, document imaging, and mail processing. The position is based at our Preston/Frankford office (75252) five days a week, from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of the mortgage industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service orientation
