Job Description
EBD Insurance is seeking a bilingual Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our agency, so a pleasant personality is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome guests
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Provide information in-person and via phone/email
- Sort and distribute mail/deliveries
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
