Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Receptionist to operate the front desk. Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and welcoming visitors.
- Directing incoming calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting visitors and office staff as needed.
- Performing clerical duties like copying, typing, and mail distribution.
- Maintaining office supplies and conference room preparations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year related experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Hourly Pay: USD $19.00 – $22.00
