Job Description
Overview: Texas Facial Surgeons is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and data entry
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Maintain a tidy reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong communication skills; Spanish required
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
