Job Description
We seek a compassionate Recovery Advocate to support individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges. You will provide one-on-one advocacy, crisis intervention, resource navigation, and relapse prevention support. Collaborate with clinical teams, community partners, and families to develop personalized recovery plans and connect clients to housing, employment, and treatment services. Ideal candidates have experience in peer support or case management, strong communication skills, and knowledge of recovery resources. Certification in peer support or relevant training preferred. This full-time role requires empathy, confidentiality, and the ability to work flexible hours.
