Job Description
We are hiring a Recovery Associate to manage overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and recover outstanding balances while maintaining professional customer relations. You will contact clients by phone and email, document interactions in CRM, meet recovery targets, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements: 1–2 years in collections or customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and basic MS Excel and CRM experience. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle sensitive financial information are required.
