Job Description
Butterfly Effects is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include collecting data on client behavior, implementing behavior intervention strategies, and providing support in various settings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
