Job Description
Summary:
A Registered Professional Nurse at Christus Health is responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves prescribing, delegating, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating patient teaching while maintaining professional nursing standards. Our nurses provide both direct and indirect care to patients.
Requirements:
A. Education/Skills: Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
B. Experience: Six (6) months preferred.
C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: Current Texas nursing license, AHA BLS (2 weeks), ACLS (8 weeks), and Arrhythmia Recognition Course (8 weeks).
