Job Description

The Relief Packaging Operator supports production by operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment during absences or peak demand. Responsibilities include performing machine changeovers, loading materials, monitoring product quality, sealing and labeling packages, and recording production data. The role requires adherence to safety, sanitation, and GMP standards, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Candidates must be flexible with shifts, reliable for relief coverage, and able to work independently or with a team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus.
