Job Description
Interspace Property Management LLC is seeking a Rental Property Executive Assistant to support the management of residential and commercial rental properties. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, tenant communications, lease administration, and property maintenance coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and manage office tasks.
- Assist with customer service inquiries from tenants and prospective renters.
- Coordinate schedules for property showings and maintenance appointments.
- Maintain accurate data entry for tenant information in management software.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 4 hour shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends
