Job Description
Job Summary: The Marylin Davies College of Business at the University of Houston-Downtown is seeking a temporary research assistant. The role, starting in October 2024, requires 40 hours of work over two months, allowing flexibility to create your own schedule. This remote position requires the assistant to provide their own computer and phone.
Duties:
- Contact potential interviewees for participation.
- Conduct and record qualitative interviews.
- Transcribe interviews.
- Write a preliminary analysis of the data.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required; PhD preferred.
- Experience in academic interviews relating to business studies is a plus.
