Job Description
ECS Transportation Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service-oriented team as Reservationists. Ideal candidates will possess advanced customer service and communication skills, a strong telephone presence, and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining critical attention to detail.
Your duties will include maintaining knowledge of our fleet and services, processing reservation cancellations and modifications, and ensuring accurate communication with clients. A High School diploma and two years of customer service experience are required.
