Job Description

The Arc Nature Coast is excited to announce full- and part-time openings for Residential Associates at our group homes located in Spring Hill and Brooksville, Hernando County. Shifts include weekdays (typically 2 PM – 10 PM), weekends, and overnights (typically 10 PM – 8 AM).

As a Residential Associate, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a nurturing environment. A valid Florida driver’s license is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN. Pay: $15.00 per hour.
