Job Description
Position: Residential Group Home Team Leader
Company: South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources, Inc.
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities: Lead service provision for consumers in the assigned residence, ensuring safe and therapeutic operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health or related field and 1 year of experience.
- OR a combination of 5 years of college and experience.
- OR a high school diploma with 5 years related experience.
- Rehabilitation training and certification required within 2 weeks of employment.
A valid driver’s license is required, meeting insurance requirements.
