Job Description
Company: Hilton Garden Inn – Las Colinas
Reports To: Food & Beverage Supervisor, Manager, or Director
Schedule: The ideal candidate must be available on weekends and flexible to work banquet events.
Job Purpose: To serve meals to patrons according to established rules of etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve ice water and coffee upon greeting.
- Present menus and suggest courses and wines.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Observe diners and fulfill additional requests.
- Handle billing and payment processes.
Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent; TIPS and Food Safety certifications preferred. No experience required.
