Job Description
Payroll Solutions Group Inc is seeking a Retail Associate to provide essential assistance to our valued customers at The UPS Store Franchisee locations in Socrum Loop and County Road 540A. The Retail Associate will engage with customers via telephone and in-person, delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with shipping orders.
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Previous customer service experience is preferred, along with basic knowledge of notary services.
COMPENSATION: Depends on skills and experience.
