Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Returns Specialist to join our team at Gofo Inc. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking.
- Receive, inspect, and package returns.
- Operate pallet jack and RF scanner for product movement.
- Perform basic math calculations for order verification.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
- Experience with shipping and receiving operations.
- Fluent in Chinese (Required).
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
