Job Description

EMERGICON LLC is seeking a dedicated Revenue Lockbox Specialist to process all incoming lockboxes. This role reports directly to the Cash Applications Manager and collaborates with our team of professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sort and process incoming lockboxes.
• Organize daily lockboxes and batches by date.
• Ensure each batch balances accurately.
• Generate and maintain lockbox reports.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• One year of lockbox, payment posting, or bank teller experience required.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills.
