Job Description
Join us at Brian Getty Allstate as an Insurance Sales Trainee, where no prior insurance experience is required!
We are seeking motivated individuals who want to advance their careers. After a two-week qualifying period, successful candidates will enter our formal Insurance Sales program, which includes paid licensing.
Responsibilities during the first two weeks:
- Prospect for new business
- Role play sales scripts
- Watch Craig Wiggins training videos
Key Qualifications:
- Self-starter
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay: $45,00 – $60,00 per year plus bonuses and paid vacation.
