We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to provide pre-surgical documentation for physicians and instructions for patients. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth surgical process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain all necessary documentation.
• Communicate operating time, location, and instructions to patients.
• Prepare patient charts for physicians’ review the day before surgery.
• Respond to patient inquiries related to surgery.
• Act as a liaison between patients and physicians regarding surgery.
