Job Description
Home Foot Care Services, a NJ Mobile Podiatry Practice with 14 doctors, is seeking a friendly and reliable Medical Scheduling Coordinator. This is a permanent work-from-home position for NJ residents only. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Confirm appointments for multiple doctors.
- Process new patient intakes.
- Answer phone calls.
- Work with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Use routing scheduling software.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a medical office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- No students, please.
- Must be reliable and hardworking.
