Job Description
WHO WE ARE: Longwood Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Longwood, FL. We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying staffing needs and creating nursing staff schedules. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses.
Responsibilities include preparing work schedules, coordinating replacements, and ensuring compliance with staffing guidelines. Strong communication skills are essential.
