Job Description
Join our team as a Seasonal Gift Card Representative supporting high-volume holiday sales. You’ll assist customers with gift card purchases, activation, balance inquiries, and promotions both in-store and via phone or email.
We seek friendly, detail-oriented candidates with excellent communication, basic computer skills, and availability for flexible, seasonal hours. Retail or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
This temporary role offers competitive hourly pay, employee discounts, and a fast-paced team environment from November through January.
