Job Description
Security Dispatcher I: Responsible for receiving and prioritizing calls, dispatching security personnel, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, and maintaining incident logs. The role requires clear radio and phone communication, basic incident report writing, and coordination with emergency services when necessary. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, the ability to work rotating shifts, and basic computer skills (MS Office, dispatch software). Prior security or public safety experience and CPR/First Aid certification are a plus. Must be calm under pressure, reliable, and able to follow standard operating procedures.
