Job Description

We are hiring a Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at our sites. You will lead and mentor guards, coordinate patrols, enforce safety procedures, manage incidents and reports, liaise with clients and law enforcement, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of on-site security experience including supervisory duties, strong leadership and communication skills, situational judgment, and basic report-writing ability.
