Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a professional team at a luxury high-rise condominium. You will oversee daily security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, patrols, emergency response and resident service standards.
Responsibilities include scheduling, training staff, incident reporting, liaising with management, vendors and local authorities, enforcing policies, and maintaining security logs.
Requirements: 3+ years supervisory experience in high-rise or luxury properties, valid security license, strong leadership and communication skills, CCTV and basic first aid knowledge. Attention to detail and a customer service mindset are essential.
