Job Description

North American Roofing is seeking a Service Support Administrator at our Tampa headquarters. In this role, you will support the Service and Repair teams by managing proposal submissions, performing data entry, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include formatting and uploading proposals, updating our CRM system, and coordinating with service estimating. A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a construction environment is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
