Job Description
Job Scope/Summary: Responsible for interacting with customers and managing customer issues during the assigned shift. Ensure work is performed safely, timely, and with quality, consistent with guidelines.
Essential Functions:
– Ensure adherence to quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
– Open or close the store following all procedures.
– Supervise personnel and assign duties.
– Comply with OSHA and local health codes.
